I have made the full-size version and the half-size version. One of my favorites was using an Asian floral in autumn colors. After having made several quilts using this pattern, I prefer to use the same fabric for the focus one versus mixing it up. I have also found that balancing the fabrics in terms of light, medium, and dark makes my quilts more striking. For an example of this, just look at the photo in the post above. I love this pattern.
